Shipping Policy

At GUL, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to 300

destinations within India and offer worldwide shipping.

Processing your order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 7 business

days to ship goods out of our warehouses i.e. Jaipur (Rajasthan). However if the quantities ordered are

more than 10 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take

longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate GUL for the cost of processing your

order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Title and risk of

loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon handing over the GUL’s shipment to the

shipping carrier. GUL know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest

conditions and also at the expected time, so we use a large network of reputed courier companies and

a dedicated delivery team to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

Customs & International orders

All of GUL orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse to your provided shipping address

via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to

pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The

majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when

and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional

customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your

shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear

your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from

DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of


Delivery Policy:

GUL delivers to the address indicated by you while ordering from the website of GUL i.e. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you agree that the carrier we have engaged

for the delivery may also deliver the products to a neighbouring/nearby address as advised by you,

after which GUL/carrier is deemed to have met with its obligation to deliver the product. The carrier

will notify you for the delivery of the neighbouring/nearby address as advised by you.

Shipment of order will take place on business days, not being a public holiday in the area in which our

warehouse is located. Therefore, please, consider any public holidays including any national and/or

regional holiday in your country of residence and in the relevant state, area or city. Deliveries will be

made on business days, not being a public holiday in your country. Note that public holidays may

vary per country and per year.

Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. GUL endeavours but

does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned at the time of

purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if GUL fails to deliver any one

or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods,

GUL may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost

You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the

recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are requested to inform us within 3

days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the

same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we

will not be liable if there is a delay in informing from your end.
